Fermin Alberto Mesina of Chula Vista, California, a stockbroker associated with Infinex Investments Inc., was the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Mesina failed to perform adequate due diligence and concentrated a large portion of the customer’s net worth into a fixed annuity and an offshore annuity. This is not the first time that Mesina has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning his conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Mesina was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $300,000.00 in damages based upon allegations of breach of contract, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and violation of California Corporations Code in connection with the sale of fixed annuities when Mesina was associated with Infinex Investments Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 22-00621 (July 12, 2023).

Mesina has been associated with Infinex Investments Inc. in Chula Vista, California since January 19, 2017, as a stockbroker and an investment adviser representative.
