Eric Francis Rapczyk of Melville, New York, a stockbroker registered with National Securities Corporation, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $17,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that Rapczyk made unsuitable recommendations of private placements during the time that Rapczyk was associated with National Securities Corporation. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 20-02309 (July 12, 2021).

This is the third time that Rapczyk has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Rapczyk’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Rapczyk was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on February 9, 2010, in which the customer requested $6,690.00 in damages based upon allegations that Rapczyk engaged in unauthorized trading in over the counter equities.

Rapczyk was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $25,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Rapczyk made unsuitable recommendations of private placements to the customer. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-00782 (July 12, 2021).

Rapczyk’s registration with National Securities Corporation was terminated on July 21, 2022.
