Bruce Stanley Jakiel Discharged For Bad Investment Recommendations
Bruce Stanley Jakiel of Erie Pennsylvania a stockbroker formerly registered with Edward Jones has been discharged by the firm based upon accusations that Jakiel made investment recommendations that failed to align with Edward Jones’ investment policy and guidelines. Jakiel, who has been in the securities industry for eight years, was associated with Edward Jones between May 4, 2010 and February 27, 2018. As of April 4, 2018, Jakiel has been associated with Cantella Co. Inc.
Edward Jones Discharges Derek Strubel For Possible Forgery
Derek Strubel of Portland Oregon a stockbroker formerly associated by Edward Jones was discharged supported by Edward Jones allegations that Strubel possibly forged a customer’s signatures on account documentation. Strubel reportedly admitted to having written the customer’s signature on account documents which affected the tax reporting of deposits into the customer’s individual retirement account. Strubel was employed with Edward Jones between July 16, 2014 and June 7, 2018. From October 26, 2018 to December 4, 2018, Strubel was registered with Transamerica Financial Advisors Inc.
John Burton Enoch Cestia Discharged For Mishandling Accounts
John Burton Enoch Cestia III of New Iberia Louisiana a stockbroker formerly employed by Edward Jones was discharged by the firm founded on accusations that Cestia mishandled a senior customers’ investment accounts and accepted an unauthorized person’s instructions to effect transactions in the customer’s account. Cestia was associated with Edward Jones between October 6, 1999 and July 11, 2018. Since August 1, 2018, Cestia has been registered with Triad Advisors LLC.
Edward Jones Discharges Leslie Greenman For Urging Customers To Lie
Leslie Greenman of Laude Missouri a stockbroker formerly associated by Edward Jones is the subject of a FINRA investigation into Edward Jones’ termination of Greenman from the firm. FINRA Investigation (Sept. 8, 2016). FINRA Public Disclosure confirms that Greenman was associated with the firm between October 11, 2011 to August 21, 2015. Greenman was discharged by Edward Jones based upon allegations that she tried to get customers to falsify information to the firm pertaining to Greenman’s solicitation of securities in an initial public offering. Since October 23, 2015, Greenman has been registered with Cutter Company Inc.
Tahnee Allman Discharged For Failure To Evidence Customer Communications
Tahnee Allman of Honolulu Hawaii a stockbroker formerly employed by Edward Jones has been discharged by the firm supported by accusations of Allman’s potential failure to correspond with customers during the period in which Allman claimed a review for a customer had taken place. Allman was associated with Edward Jones between August 21, 2013 and May 15, 2018.
