Edward Terral Hill (also known as Ed Hill), of West End, North Carolina, a stockbroker registered with LPL Financial LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on October 2, 2023. In this complaint, the customer requested $20,805.24 in damages based upon allegations that Hill failed to follow instructions in connection with the sale of “structured notes” during the time that Hill was associated with LPL Financial LLC. The complaint also alleged poor investment performance.
