Edward Felix Dublis (also known as Ed Dublis), of Byron Center, Michigan, a stockbroker registered with LPL Financial LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $25,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Dublis made the unsuitable investment recommendation of real estate securities or REITs during the time that Dublis was associated with LPL Financial LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-03189 (November 1, 2023).
This marks the second time that Dublis has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Dublis’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Dublis was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on August 12, 2021, in which the customer requested $100,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Dublis recommended the purchase of high-risk BDCs. This complaint was closed without the customer taking further action.
