Douglas Cy Waisner of Westlake Village, California, a stockbroker registered with Western International Securities Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested damages based upon allegations that Waisner made misrepresentations of material fact in connection with the sale of government bonds when Waisner was associated with Western International Securities Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-03093 (December 22, 2023).

FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Waisner is referenced in three other customer initiated investment related disputes concerning Waisner’s conduct while associated with securities broker dealers. A customer initiated investment related NASD securities arbitration claim involving Waisner’s conduct was settled for $100,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Waisner breached his fiduciary duties, made unsuitable investment recommendations, and failed to supervise certain representatives in connection with the recommendation and sale of securities during the time that Waisner was associated with Financial West Group Inc. NASD Arbitration No. 94-03756.

On March 20, 2013, a FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Waisner’s conduct was settled for $66,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Waisner breached his fiduciary duties, breached a contract, was negligent, committed fraud, and made misrepresentations of material fact in connection with the sale of TIC investments. FINRA Arbitration No. 11-02942.

Waisner was associated with Financial West Group in Westlake Village, California from January 1, 2005, to March 20, 2013. He has been associated with Western International Securities Inc. in Westlake Village, California since May 27, 2008.
