Sign of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority

Dorinda Lynn Lumpkin (also known as Dorinda Lynn Bludsworth), of Gadsden, Alabama, a stockbroker registered with BBVA Securities Inc., has been barred from associating with any Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) member in any capacity because Lumpkin failed to respond to FINRA’s request for information. FINRA Case No. 2020067150401 (January 4, 2021).

According to FINRA Public Disclosure, Lumpkin was issued a Notice of Suspension on October 1, 2020, and issued a Suspension from Association letter on October 26, 2020. FINRA states that by January 3, 2021, Lumpkin did not request that her suspension be terminated and did not otherwise comply with the regulator’s request. She was automatically barred by FINRA on January 4, 2021.

On June 18, 2020, BBVA Securities Inc. discharged Lumpkin based upon allegations that Lumpkin made unauthorized withdrawals from a customer’s account.

Lumpkin was associated with BBVA Securities Inc. in Gadsden, AL, as a stockbroker from October of 2013 to July of 2020.
