David William Jack of Paramus, New Jersey, a stockbroker registered with Morgan Stanley, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on October 31, 2022, in which the customer requested compensatory damages based upon allegations that Jack made unsuitable recommendations of structured products when Jack was associated with Morgan Stanley.
This is not the first time that Jack has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Jack’s conduct in the securities industry. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that Jack was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint that was settled on October 15, 2002, for $210,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Jack engaged in excessive trading in equities during the time that Jack was associated with Prudential Securities Inc.
On September 22, 2006, another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Jack’s conduct in which the customer requested compensation based upon allegations that Jack engaged in unauthorized trading in bonds when Jack was associated with Morgan Stanley DW Inc.
Jack was associated with UBS Financial Services Inc. in Weehawken, New Jersey, as a stockbroker and investment adviser representative from September of 2008 to February of 2021.
Jack has been associated with Morgan Stanley in Paramus, New Jersey, as a stockbroker and investment adviser representative since February 5, 2021.
