Cynthia Ann Giovacchino, of Ansonia, Connecticut, a stockbroker registered with LPL Financial LLC, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint that was settled on February 11, 2022, to resolve allegations that Giovacchino made unsuitable recommendations of Real Estate Investment Trust or REIT during the time that Giovacchino was associated with LPL Financial LLC. According to the stockbroker, LPL Financial recommended the settlement as a show of good faith to a valued client.
This is not the first time that Giovacchino has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Giovacchino’s conduct in the securities industry. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that Giovacchino was also referenced in a complaint that was settled on October 28, 2022, for $46,225.26 in damages based upon allegations that Giovacchino made unsuitable recommendations of REITs when Giovacchino was associated with LPL Financial LLC.
Giovacchino has been associated with LPL Financial LLC in Ansonia, CT, as a stockbroker since October 11, 2011.
