Bernard Andre Breton, of Denver, Colorado, a stockbroker formerly registered with Cetera Advisors LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim filed on January 19, 2016, for $876,195.00 in damages based on allegations that Breton failed to supervise the equity trades effected another Cetera stockbroker Abraham Heimann.
Breton was terminated by Cetera Advisors LLC on May 4, 2017. Since May 9, 2017, he has been employed with Triad Advisors, Inc.
