Christopher Grant Conness of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a stockbroker formerly registered with GF Investment Services LLC, is identified in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested compensatory damages supported by allegations that the customer was provided with unsuitable recommendations of real estate securities and alternative investments, including direct participation programs (DPPs) and limited partnerships (LPs) during the time that Conness was registered with GF Investment Services. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 21-01759.

FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Conness has been identified in two more customer initiated investment related disputes concerning accusations of his activities while registered with GF Investment Services LLC. On August 9, 2021, a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Conness’s conduct was settled for $9,500.00 in damages founded on allegations of negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract concerning DPP and LP interests sold to the customer when Conness was associated with GF Investment Services. According to the claim, unsuitable recommendations were made to the customer. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-02160.

Conness is also the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was resolved for $14,999.00 in damages based upon accusations of unsuitable advice relating to real estate investment trusts purchased by the customer in 2015 through GF Investment Services. FINRA Arbitration No. 21-01639 (August 12, 2021).

Conness was employed by GF Investment Services as a stockbroker between November 13, 2009, and August 8, 2017, and employed by Global Financial Private Capital LLC as an investment adviser representative between November 29, 2010, and April 19, 2018. He has been employed by Madison Avenue Securities as a stockbroker since August 7, 2017, and employed by Global Wealth Management Investment Advisory since May 5, 2017, as an investment adviser representative.
