suitcase with money flying out

Christopher Charles Degroat of Portland Oregon is a stockbroker formerly registered with Paulson Investment Company LLC who has been fired on July 26, 2017 founded on accusations that he made an investment recommendation that was not suitable for the customer and furnished fake subscription documentation to Paulson Investment Company to effect transactions.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that Degroat is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint which settled on November 13, 2003 for $45,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that while Degroat was associated with Phillips & Company Securities, mutual funds and over-the-counter equities transactions were effected in the customer’s account that were not suitable for the customer, which caused the customer to sustain excessive investment losses.
