Anthony Ryan Morris (also known as Tony Morris) is a stockbroker formerly registered with Anthony Ryan Morris who is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on October 27, 2016 where the customer requested $147,536.35 in damages supported by accusations that omissions and misrepresentations had been made to the customer concerning a variable annuity investment.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that Morris has been identified in two additional customer initiated investment related disputes containing allegations of his misconduct during the time he was associated with Investors Capital Corporation. Particularly, on November 25, 2008, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Morris’ conduct, in which the customer sought $15,000.00 in damages founded on accusations that the customer had not been provided a contract or prospectus for a variable annuity investment.

Thereafter, a customer filed an investment related arbitration claim concerning Morris’ conduct, where the customer requested $641,642.92.00 in damages based upon allegations that the customer’s transactions were not processed in accordance with the customer’s instructions, and that the customer sustained investment losses on a variable annuity investment. FINRA Arbitration No. 09-05362 (Aug. 25, 2010).

Morris’ registration with Investors Capital Corp. was terminated on July 2, 2015. Morris has been employed with Lincoln Investment since July 1, 2015.
