Brian Michael Jackson of Tarrytown New York a stockbroker formerly registered with David Lerner Associates Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $101,000.00 in damages supported by accusations of them being sold an unsuitable real estate security and mutual fund by Jackson during the time that he was associated with David Lerner Associates. This is not the first time that a David Lerner Associates Inc. customer disputed Jackson’s sales practices regarding mutual funds. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that on February 8, 2016, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Jackson’s activities where the customer sought $100,000.00 in damages founded on allegations of unauthorized mutual fund transactions at David Lerner Associates. The complaint alleges that one of the products that the David Lerner customer invested in had matured, and those proceeds were directed into another product without the customer’s permission.

Jackson was registered with David Lerner Associates between January 8, 2004 and May 1, 2018. Since April 27, 2018, Jackson has been registered with Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC as a stockbroker. Since November 20, 2018, he has been registered there as an investment adviser representative.
