Boris Mihailevsky of New York New York a stockbroker currently registered with JP Morgan Securities LLC is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on March 20, 2020, where the customer requested $8,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that misrepresentations were made by Mihailevsky regarding mutual funds during the time that he was registered with JP Morgan Securities.
FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Mihailevsky has been identified in two additional customer initiated investment related disputes concerning allegations of Mihailevsky’s wrongdoing while employed by JP Morgan Securities. Mihailevsky is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint in which the customer sought compensatory damages founded on accusations of Mihailevsky’s misrepresentation of a variable annuity while at JP Morgan Securities.
On June 2, 2016, another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Mihailevsky’s activities. They requested $23,131.00 in damages based upon allegations of bad investment advice by Mihailevsky as it pertained to stock trades at JP Morgan Securities. The complaint alleges unsuitable trading by the stockbroker. Both claims were denied by JP Morgan.
