man with head in hands

Dean Adam Myerow, of Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, a stockbroker formerly registered with BB&T Securities, LLC, has been identified in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on April 26, 2017, in which the customer requested $125,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that included violation of MSRB and FINRA rules, failure to supervise, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and fraud in reference to municipal bond transactions effected in the customer’s account.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure further reveals that on November 14, 2016, a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim involving Myerow’s conduct was settled for $50,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Myerow made an unsuitable municipal debt recommendation to the customer. The customer alleged that Myerow omitted facts pertaining to the issuer of the bond, which defaulted on payments and caused the customer to sustain severe investment losses.

Myerow’s registration with BB&T Securities, LLC, was terminated on February 4, 2015. Since February 18, 2015, he has been registered with National Alliance Securities, LLC.
