Avinash Daswani (also known as Avi Daswani), of Plainview, New York, a stockbroker registered with Allstate Financial Services LLC, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on March 22, 2022, seeking damages based upon allegations that Daswani made omissions of material fact in connection with the recommendation and sale of Unit Investment Trusts or UITs and annuities when Daswani was associated with Allstate Financial Services LLC.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also shows that Daswani was associated with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, who discharged Daswani based upon allegations that he made unauthorized transfers of a customer’s funds.
Daswani has been associated with Allstate Financial Advisors LLC in Plainview, NY, as an investment advisor representative since April 13, 2018, and has been associated with Allstate Financial Services LLC as a stockbroker since April 12, 2018.
