August Anthony Ferretti of Parsippany, New Jersey, a stockbroker registered with Bankers Life Securities Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related civil action in which the customer requested compensation based upon allegations that Ferretti misrepresented the terms of a fixed annuity and purchased insurance policies without the customer’s knowledge during the time that Ferretti was associated with Bankers Life Securities Inc. Civil Action No. ESX-L-6940-23 (November 1, 2023).
This is not the first time that Ferretti has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Ferretti’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Ferretti was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint that was settled on March 7, 2022, for $9,174.00 in damages based upon allegations that Ferretti mismanaged investment accounts when Ferretti was associated with Bankers Life Securities Inc.
Ferretti has been associated with Bankers Life Securities Inc. in Parsippany, New Jersey since April 21, 2017. He has also been associated with Bankers Life Advisory Services Inc. in Parsippany, New Jersey since September 25, 2018.
