The Allstate You are in Good Hands

Alexis Ann Intili of Staten Island, New York, a stockbroker registered with Allstate Financial Services LLC, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint that was settled on July 16, 2020, for compensation based upon allegations that Intili misled the customer about the rate of return on variable annuities when Intili was associated with Allstate Financial Services LLC.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that Intili is referenced in four customer initiated investment related disputes concerning Intili’s conduct while associated with securities broker dealers. A customer filed an investment related complaint involving Intili’s conduct in which the customer requested compensation based upon allegations that Intili made unsuitable investment recommendations and misrepresentations of material fact during the time that Intili was associated with Wamu Investments Inc. The securities broker dealer denied this complaint.

On July 6, 2010, a customer initiated investment related complaint involving Intili’s conduct was settled for $18,782.13 in damages based upon allegations that Intili made misrepresentations of material fact in connection with the sale of corporate bonds during the period that Intili was associated with Wamu Investments Inc.

Intili was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $50,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that Intili made misrepresentations and unsuitable recommendations of corporate bonds during the time that Intili was associated with Chase Investment Services Corp. FINRA Arbitration No. 10-05278 (November 21, 2011).

Another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Intili’s conduct on December 19, 2019, in which the customer requested compensation based upon allegations that Intili engaged in unauthorized trading in variable annuities when Intili was associated with Allstate Financial Services LLC. This complaint was denied by the securities broker dealer.

Public Disclosure also shows that on February 28, 2014, MT Securities Inc. discharged Intili as a stockbroker based upon allegations that Intili made unsuitable recommendations.

Intili has been associated with Allstate Financial Services LLC as a stockbroker since February 11, 2015.
