Alexi Nahun Bustamante of Miami Lakes Florida is a registered representative formerly employed with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC who has been barred from associating with any Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) member in any capacity based upon allegations that she failed to comply with FINRA’s request for her information. FINRA Case No. 2017052961501 (July 14, 2017).

FINRA Public Disclosure confirms that Bustamante was suspended between May 5, 2017 and July 13, 2017. Apparently, Bustamante failed to seek that her suspension be terminated by July 13, 2017 – three months following FINRA’s notification of her suspension.

Bustamante was fired by J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. on December 20, 2016, supported by allegations that Bustamante furnished a fake fraud claim to J.P. Morgan’s banking affiliate.
