William Colie Johnson of Greenville, South Carolina, a stockbroker formerly registered with Voya Financial Advisors Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $121,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that Johnson made unsuitable transactions with regard to the recommendation and sale of real estate investment trusts when Johnson was associated with Voya Financial Advisors Inc. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 22-01866 (August 19, 2022).
Public Disclosure shows that Johnson is referenced in thirteen total customer initiated investment related disputes concerning Johnson’s conduct while associated with securities broker dealers, including Voya Financial Advisors Inc. On March 14, 2022, a customer filed an investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Johnson’s activities in which the customer requested $100,001.00 in damages based upon allegations that Johnson made misrepresentations about alternative investments at Voya Financial Advisors Inc.
