James Joseph Beaupre, of Boulder, Colorado, a stockbroker currently registered with Wells Fargo Advisors, has been named in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on March 21, 2017, in which the customer requested $10,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Beaupre failed to provide the customer with accurate information concerning the fees and administration of the customer’s wrap account.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also reveals that on October 19, 2015, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Beaupre’s conduct, in which the customer requested $5,614.56 in damages based upon allegations that he omitted information regarding the assessment of surrender penalties on the customer’s fixed indexed annuity.
