Weisheng Wang (also known as Weisheng Wilson) of Warren New Jersey a stockbroker formerly registered with NYLife Securities LLC is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim in which the customer sought $1,132,800.00 in damages founded on allegations that the customer was induced to purchase a variable life insurance policy based on misrepresentation of the terms and conditions of the policy. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 17-03461 (Jan. 16, 2018).
FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that this the first customer dispute disclosed by Wang since he has been barred from associating with any FINRA member in any capacity for, inter alia, submitting insurance applications to NYLife containing false information about an insured person’s occupation, net worth and income; conduct violative of FINRA Rule 2010.
