Vladislav Michael Romanov of Boston, Massachusetts, a stockbroker formerly registered with Wells Fargo Advisors LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint on February 24, 2022, in which the customer requested $52,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Romanov placed the customer in underperforming foreign equities when Romanov was associated with Wells Fargo Advisors LLC.
Wells Fargo denied the customer’s complaint. However, this is not the first time that Romanov has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Romanov’s conduct in the securities industry. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that Romanov is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint that was settled on May 30, 2017, for $2,294.95 in damages based upon allegations that Romanov failed to follow instructions in connection with the recommendation and sale of corporate bonds when Romanov was associated with Wells Fargo Advisors.
