Vincent Anthony Pallitto Jr. (also known as Vince Pallitto and Vinny Pallitto), of Florham Park, New Jersey, a stockbroker registered with LPL Financial LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested damages based upon allegations that Pallitto made the unsuitable investment recommendation of real estate securities during the period that Pallitto was associated with LPL Financial LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 24-00006 (January 2, 2024).
This is not the first time that Pallitto has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Pallitto’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Pallitto was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint that was settled on June 2, 2000, for $14,391.94 in damages based upon allegations that Pallitto made the unsuitable investment recommendation of over-the-counter equities when Pallitto was associated with Northeast Securities Inc.
Pallitto has been associated with LPL Financial LLC in Florham Park, New Jersey since December 1, 2000.
