Travis Justin Lippmann, of New York, New York, a stockbroker formerly registered with Joseph Stone Capital LLC, is identified in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on July 30, 2021, where the customer sought $853,231.33 in damages founded on accusations of Lippmann’s unsuitable trading of over-the-counter equities during the time that he was associated with Joseph Stone Capital.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that Lippmann has been identified in three additional customer initiated investment related disputes regarding allegations of his wrongdoing while employed by securities broker dealers, including Newbridge Securities Corp., Maxim Group LLC, and Dawson James Securities Inc. On May 30, 2017, a customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Lippmann’s activities in which the customer requested $34,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that Lippmann misrepresented information in regard to the customer’s investments in common and preferred stock while Lippmann was employed by Dawson James. The complaint alleges unsuitable trading and Lippmann’s failure to follow the customer’s instructions.

Lippmann is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim where the customer sought $200,000.00 in damages based upon allegations of their account being overconcentrated in aggressive investments at Dawson James. FINRA Arbitration No. 19-01974 (August 8, 2019). According to the claim, omissions and misrepresentations were made by the stockbroker. The claim alleges Lippmann’s negligence and unsuitable recommendations relating to equities trading at Dawson James. The securities broker dealer is also accused of failure to supervise and the violation of FINRA rules.

On January 18, 2021, another customer initiated investment related arbitration claim involving Lippmann’s conduct was settled for $75,000.00 in damages founded on accusations that misrepresentations and unsuitable trades when Lippmann was registered with Newbridge Securities Corp, Maxim Group LLC, and Dawson James Securities. Lippmann was employed by Maxim Group between September 15, 2016, and April 12, 2017, Newbridge Securities Corp between March 20, 2017, and April 8, 2019, Primary Capital LLC between September 10, 2021, and October 1, 2021, and Joseph Stone Capital between April 2, 2019, and November 8, 2021. Since October 4, 2021, he has been associated with Spartan Capital Securities LLC.
