Terri Lynn Fassi (also known as Terri Lynn Phelps and as Terri Lynn Wojcicki), of Windsor, Colorado, a stockbroker registered with Centaurus Financial Inc., was the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim that was settled for $16,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Fassi breached her fiduciary duties by recommending speculative and illiquid real estate securities during the period that Fassi was associated with Centaurus Financial Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-02342 (January 8, 2024).

This is not the first time that Fassi has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Fassi’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Fassi was also referenced in a customer complaint filed on April 4, 2008, in which the customer requested $30,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Fassi made the unsuitable investment recommendation of variable annuities during the time that Fassi was associated with Centaurus Financial Inc. The securities broker dealer denied this complaint.

Fassi has been associated with Centaurus Financial Inc. in Windsor, Colorado since January 3, 2007.
