Tammy Louise Higgins (also known as Tammy Louise Jensen), of Edina, Minnesota, a stockbroker registered with RBC Capital Markets LLC, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint that was settled on July 18, 2022, for $73,135.75 in damages based upon the alleged unauthorized trading in municipal bonds during the time that Higgins was associated with RBC Capital Markets LLC.
This is not the first time that Higgins has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Higgins’s conduct in the securities industry. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that Higgins was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint that was settled on July 18, 2022, for $23,095.50 in damages based upon alleged unauthorized trading in municipal bonds when Higgins was associated with RBC Capital Markets LLC.
Higgins has been associated with RBC Capital Markets LLC in Edina, Minnesota since September 14, 2007, as a stockbroker, and since September 10, 2007, as an investment advisor representative.
