Tamara Ann Dawson (also known as Tamara Gallegos and as Tamara Haselby) of Boynton Beach Florida a stockbroker formerly registered with Infinex Investments Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim which was settled to resolve allegations that she made unsuitable real estate investment trust recommendations to her customers during the period in which she was associated with Infinex Investments Inc. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 19-00669 (Apr. 23, 2019).

FINRA Public Disclosure confirms that Dawson has been identified in two more customer initiated investment related disputes which pertain to accusations of her misconduct during the time that she was employed by Essex National Securities LLC. Specifically, Dawson is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on January 9, 2018 in which the customer sought $13,274.00 in damages supported by allegations that when Dawson was associated with Essex National Securities LLC, real estate investment trust products failed to be appropriate given the volatility and risks of those investments as well as the customer’s objectives of curbing market exposure.

On January 17, 2018, another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Dawson’s behavior where the customer requested $22,000.00 in damages founded on accusations of the customer being poorly advised regarding the purchase and retention of AR Capital Healthcare III Real Estate Investment Trust.

Dawson’s registration with Essex National Securities has been terminated as of July 1, 2016. Between July 1, 2016 and September 12, 2017, Dawson was employed by Infinex Investments Inc., and between September 20, 2017 and August 30, 2018, she was associated with Fifth Third Securities Inc. Since September 6, 2018, Dawson has been employed by Securian Financial Services Inc.
