Syauching Hung (also known as June Hung), of Diamond Bar, California, a stockbroker registered with Voya Financial Advisors Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $50,000.00 to $100,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Hung made unsuitable recommendations and made misrepresentations of material fact in connection with the sale of real estate securities during the time that Hung was associated with Voya Financial Advisors Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-00350 (February 10, 2023).

This is not the first time that Hung has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Hung’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Hung was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $65,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Hung made misrepresentations of material fact in connection with the sale of BDCS, real estate securities, and mutual funds when Hung was associated with Voya Financial Advisors Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 21-01717 (June 7, 2022).

On January 16, 2023, a customer filed an investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Hung’s conduct in which the customer requested $522,500.00 in damages resulting from the purchase of illiquid BDCs. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-00131.

Hung was associated with Voya Financial Advisors Inc. as a stockbroker from March 30, 2007, to October 19, 2015, and as an investment advisor representative from August 14, 2007, to October 19, 2015. Hung has been associated with Independent Financial Group LLC as a stockbroker and as an investment advisor representative since October 9, 2015.
