Cindy Lee Russell, of Memphis, Tennessee, a stockbroker registered with STIFEL, NICOLAUS & COMPANY, INCORPORATED is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on September 19, 2017, in which the customer sought at least $5,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Russell churned the customer’s account and made trades on an unauthorized basis concerning a customer’s unit investment trust purchase.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also confirms that a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim involving Russell’s conduct was settled for $60,500.00 in damages based upon accusations that while Russell was associated with J.C. Bradford Co. LLC., Russell sold the customer tax free bonds in a faulty manner, effected the unsuitable switching of the customer’s unit investment trust and mutual fund holdings, and executed investment transactions in the customer’s account on an excessive basis. National Association of Securities Dealers Arbitration No. 01-03586 (Feb. 7, 2003).
As of August 19, 2016, Russell is no longer registered with Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated.
