Shahbul Molla, of Garden City, New York, a stockbroker currently registered with Spartan Capital Securities, LLC, has been named in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on March 7, 2016, in which the customer requested $115,414.22 in damages based upon allegations that Molla churned the customer’s investment account, overconcentrated the customer’s assets, made misrepresentations to the customer concerning investments, effected transactions in the customer’s account which were not suitable, and breached his fiduciary obligations to the customer.
