Shawn Christian Everett of Estero, Florida, a stockbroker registered with Cetera Advisor Networks LLC, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim that was settled for $12,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Everett made the unsuitable investment recommendation of real estate securities and private placements when Everett was associated with Cetera Advisor Networks LLC. This is not the first time that Everett has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Everett’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Everett was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $5,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Everett over-concentrated the customer’s assets in direct investments during the time that Everett was associated with Cetera Advisor Networks LLC. Everett was associated with Cetera Advisor Networks LLC in Estero, Florida from August 1, 2014, to December 12, 2023. Since December 8, 2023, Everett has been associated with Regulus Financial Group LLC in Estero, Florida as a stockbroker, and has been associated with Regal Investment Advisors LLC as an investment advisor representative.
