Scott Douglas Phillips, of Salt Lake City, Utah, a stockbroker registered with Centaurus Financial Inc., was the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim that was settled for $19,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that Phillips made unsuitable investment recommendations and breached his fiduciary duties in connection with the sale of corporate bonds when Phillips was associated with Centaurus Financial Inc. Phillips is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $29,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that Phillips breached his fiduciary duties and made unsuitable recommendations in corporate bonds when Phillips was associated with Centaurus Financial Inc.
