Bishoy G. Mankarios, of Syosset, New York, a stockbroker formerly associated with Rothschild Lieberman LLC, has been named in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim, in which the customer has requested $130,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Mankarios breached his fiduciary duty and contractual obligations with the customer, effected unsuitable investment transactions, churned the customer’s account, and committed fraud.
Since 2012, Mankarios has been associated with three different broker dealers, two of which has been expelled by securities regulators for violation of federal securities laws or is otherwise defunct.
