Ronald Lewis Millar III of Weston, FL, a stockbroker registered with MML Investors Services LLC, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on June 15, 2022, in which the customer requested compensation based upon allegations that Millar made unsuitable recommendations of fixed annuities and mutual funds and mismanaged investment accounts during the period that Millar was associated with MML Investors Services LLC.

This is not the first time that Millar has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Millar’s conduct in the securities industry. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that Millar was also referenced in a complaint that was settled on April 21, 2008, for $29,676.25 in damages based upon allegations that Millar made unsuitable recommendations of insurance products during the time that Millar was associated with MetLife (MSI Financial Services Inc.).

Millar was associated with MSI Financial Services Inc. in Chicago, IL, as a stockbroker from June of 1998 to March of 2017. Millar has been associated with MML Investors Services LLC in Weston, FL, as a stockbroker since March 25, 2017, and associated with MML Investors Services LLC as an investment advisor representative since March 23, 2018.
