Rodrigue Lors (also known as Rodrique Lors) of Westbury New York a stockbroker formerly employed by National Securities Corporation is referenced in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim in which the customer sought $100,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that the customer had been placed into unsuitable private placement securities by Lors at National Securities Corporation. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 20-01945 (June 20, 2020).
FINRA Public Disclosure confirms that Lors has been identified in three additional customer initiated investment related disputes containing allegations of his violative actions while employed by Wilmington Capital Securities and National Securities Corporation. On August 25, 2016, a customer filed an investment related complaint in regard to Lors’ conduct where the customer requested more than $5,0000.00 in estimated damages founded on accusations of the stockbroker initiating over-the-counter equities transactions without the customer’s knowledge or consent during the time that Lors was associated with National Securities Corporation.
Lors is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint on March 26, 2018 in which the customer sought $10,000.00 in damages based upon allegations of unauthorized trading of common and preferred stock by Lors in the customer’s National Securities Corporation account resulting in losses.
On June 5, 2020, another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Lors’ activities where the customer requested $100,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that unauthorized transactions were effected in the customer’s account and that investment recommendations were not suitable for the Wilmington Capital Securities customer. The claim also alleges that the customer’s investment instructions were not followed by the stockbroker.
Lors’ registration with National Securities Corporation has been terminated on October 5, 2017. Since October 4, 2017, he has been registered with Wilmington Capital Securities.
