Robert Joseph Stransky Jr. (also known as Bobby Joseph Stransky Jr.), of Littleton, Colorado, a stockbroker associated with MWA Financial Services Inc., has been permanently barred from associating with any Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) member in any capacity because he failed to cooperate in a FINRA investigation. Letter of Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent No. 2022074703301 (Sept. 12, 2023).

According to the AWC, the regulator was conducting an investigation into Stransky’s potentially “unauthorized trading.”  Stransky acknowledged receiving the regulator’s request and indicated he would not comply by testifying at any time. Therefore, he violated FINRA Rules 2010 and 8210.

FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Stransky was referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on February 21, 2022, in which the customer requested compensatory damages based upon allegations that after the customer and their spouse canceled their life insurance certificates in the fall of 2021, they continued to receive notices that the certificates were still active. This cojmplaint makes no sense, and as of March 15, 2022, the complaint is closed with no action.

Stransky was associated with MWA Financial Services Inc. in Littleton, Colorado from September 13, 2005, to February 16, 2023.
