Robert Owen Kincaid of Sandpoint, Idaho, a stockbroker formerly registered with Edward Jones, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim, in which the customer requested $1,053,664.00 in damages based upon allegations that the customer’s assets were over-concentrated in mutual funds products. The customer additionally alleged that investment losses were caused by Edward Jones’ failure to supervise Kincaid’s activities. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 17-02411 (Sept. 15, 2017).

FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that on September 30, 2016, another customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Kincaid’s conduct, where the customer sought more than $5,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that tax-free money market and TBIXX transactions had been effected in the customer’s account that were not appropriate for the customer.

Kincaid’s registration with Edward Jones has been terminated as of October 3, 2016.
