Robert Douglas Armstrong of Boca Raton Florida is a stockbroker currently registered with Dawson James Securities Inc. who is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint filed on January 16 2017 in which the customer requested one hundred thousand dollars in damages based upon allegations that misleading assurances and false representations were made with regard to promissory notes transactions effected in the customer’s account.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that on December 23, 2016, a customer filed an investment related written complaint regarding Armstrong’s activities, in which the customer sought $350,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that Armstrong made misrepresentations to the customer in regard to the customer’s private placement transaction.
