Richard Mark Braverman (also known as Rich Braverman) of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, a stockbroker formerly registered with Geneos Wealth Management Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was resolved for $275,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that Braverman provided unsuitable advice to the customer regarding direct participation program interests and limited partnership interests during the time that Braverman was associated with Geneos Wealth Management. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Braverman has been identified in two additional customer initiated investment related disputes containing allegations of his conduct while registered with Geneos Wealth Management. On December 3, 2020, a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim regarding Braverman’s activities was settled for $90,000.00 in damages supported by accusations of unsuitable recommendations and breach of fiduciary duty concerning the customer’s alternative investment purchases through Braverman. Braverman is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer sought $200,000.00 in damages founded on allegations of unsuitable recommendations relating to direct investments, including DPP interests and LP interests, while Braverman was registered with Geneos Wealth Management. Braverman has been employed by Geneos Wealth Management as a stockbroker since September 30, 2008, and as an investment adviser representative since October 1, 2008.
