The stockbroker was previously registered with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner Smith. Public Disclosure shows that on July 14, 2011, Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner Smith Incorporated discharged Espinoza as a stockbroker based upon allegations of her activities involving annuities.
