Paul Kai Addo III, of Denver, Colorado, a stockbroker registered with UBS Financial Services Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on September 29, 2023. The customer requested compensatory damages based upon allegations that Addo failed to follow instructions regarding the purchase of market-linked investments or structured products from January of 2021 to April of 2022 during the time that Addo was associated with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner Smith Incorporated. The complaint was closed without a resolution.
This is not the first time that Addo has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Addo’s conduct in the securities industry.
