Michael Vito Gisonda, of Boca Raton, Florida, a stockbroker currently registered with NYLife Securities LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on May 3, 2017, in which the customer requested $1,600,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Gisonda effected unsuitable transactions in the customer’s account concerning managed account products as well as mutual funds and variable annuities. The customer additionally claimed that Gisonda accumulated commissions and fees that should have been disgorged as a result of his sales practice violations.
Since April 19, 1996, Gisonda has been associated with ten different broker dealers, six of which have been expelled by securities regulators for violation of federal securities laws or are otherwise defunct. However, since 2001, Michael Vito has been associated with NY Life because it is the company he keeps.
