According to FINRA Public Disclosure, less than two months earlier, on November 6, 2025, Davidson was the subject of a customer initiated, investment related FINRA securties arbitration claim seeking $475,000 in damages alleging that Davidson misrepresented and omitted material facts relating to an investment, made unsuitable investment recommendations, breached his fiduciary duty, and acted negligently FINRA Arbitration No. 25-02325 (November 6, 2025).
