Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim involving Driggers’ conduct was settled for $207,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that Lehman Brothers structured notes products transactions were not suitable for the customer and had been misrepresented as secure and safe, where the customer was not informed about of the principal risk pertaining to the structured products.
