David James Vigil, of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, has been named in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on April 24, 2017, in which the customer requested $90,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Vigil effected unsuitable transactions in the customer’s managed wrap account.

Particularly, on November 9, 2011, a customer initiated investment related written complaint involving Vigil’s conduct was settled for $42,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that he misrepresented the risks associated with the customer’s structured notes products and did not adequately diversify the customer’s investment portfolio.
