Michelle Christine Stebbins (also known as Michelle Christine Gillespie), of Southfield, Michigan, a stockbroker registered with Stifel Nicolaus Company Incorporated, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $400,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Stebbins failed to supervise certain representatives in connection with the sale of securities when Stebbins was associated with Stifel Nicolaus Company Incorporated. FINRA Arbitration No. 24-01330 (June 18, 2024).

FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Stebbins is referenced in 25 customer initiated investment related disputes concerning Stebbins’ conduct while associated with securities broker dealers. On March 21, 2024, a customer filed an investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Stebbins’ conduct in which the customer requested $305,680.00 in damages based upon allegations that Stebbins failed to supervise certain representatives in connection with the sale of securities when Stebbins was associated with Stifel Nicolaus Company Incorporated. On April 9, 2024, another customer filed an investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Stebbins’s conduct in which the customer requested $763,004.00 in damages resulting from the sale of stocks. FINRA Arbitration No. 24-00754.

Stebbins is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $299,009.00 in damages based upon the alleged failure to supervise stockbrokers in connection with the sale of securities.
