Michael Todd Glucksman of Ocala Florida is a former registered representative of MetLife Securities Inc. who is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on July 11, 2016 in which the customer alleged that Glucksman induced the customer’s variable annuity purchase by making misrepresentations.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that Glucksman has been referenced in three additional customer initiated investment related disputes that pertain to accusations of his misconduct while employed with MetLife Securities. Particularly, on September 3, 2010, a customer filed an investment related written complaint that concerned Glucksman’s conduct, where the customer sought damages based upon allegations that Glucksman made unsuitable recommendations to the customer concerning a variable annuity.

Subsequently, on March 8, 2011, a customer filed an investment related written complaint regarding Glucksman’s activities, in which the customer alleged that the representative failed to apprise the customer about the tax liabilities relating to a transfer of assets into the customer’s new annuity from an existing variable annuity owned by the customer’s deceased spouse.

Moreover, on January 29, 2015, a customer initiated investment related written complaint pertaining to Glucksman’s activities was resolved for $6,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that state laws had been violated by Glucksman in reference to the customer’s variable annuity liquidation and subsequent purchase of certificate of deposit and fixed annuity products. FINRA Arbitration No. 14-02710 (January 29, 2015).

Glucksman’s registration with MetLife Securities Inc. was terminated on May 16, 2016. He was later employed with Principal Securities, Inc. from December 20, 2016 to November 17, 2017.
