Michael Christopher McFeeley, of York, Pennsylvania, a stockbroker registered with Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim that was settled for $82,992.32 in damages based upon allegations that McFeeley made unsuitable investment recommendations in oil and gas investments during the time that McFeeley was associated with Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-01277 (October 6, 2023).

This is not the first time that McFeeley has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning McFeeley’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that McFeeley was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $82,990.45 in damages based upon allegations that McFeeley made unsuitable recommendations in oil and gas investments during the period that McFeeley was associated with Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation. FINRA Arbitration No. 22-00646 (Settled on October 6, 2023).

On October 6, 2023, a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving McFeeley’s conduct was settled for $53,396.95 in damages based upon allegations that McFeeley provided unsuitable advice regarding alternative investments. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-01277.

Since May 14, 2008, McFeeley has been associated with Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation in York, Pennsylvania; Lutherville, Maryland; Durham, North Carolina; East Brunswick, New Jersey; and Cary, Illinois.
